REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Because sea moss gel is a perishable product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds will not be issued once an order has been shipped.

Sea moss is a natural product, so its color, taste, and texture may vary. During warmer seasons or while in transit, the gel may arrive softer or appear more liquefied. This does not necessarily mean the product is spoiled. Please refrigerate your sea moss immediately upon delivery and allow it to chill for at least 24 hours.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unusable, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged after the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

Subscription cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days before the next scheduled renewal date.
